Where do I get my CSA share?

For a $5 delivery cost per week (per site), we will deliver to your home or office, or you can pick up at one of the four convenient locations:

• Shepherd Farms (6701 Casitas Pass Road, Carpinteria): Mon-Wed-Fri, 1-5pm & Sat 11-3pm
  
• Backyard Bowls in downtown Santa Barbara (Corner of State and Guitierrez--331 Motor Way-- next to Santa Barbara Roasting Company), 1-6pm on  Thursdays
  
• Village Cheese & Wine Shop in Montecito's Upper Village next to Via Vai (1485 E. Valley Rd.), 1-4pm on Thursdays
• Pizza Guru (3534 State Street), 2-6pm on Wednesdays
  

What if I go on vacation and can't pick up my share?
Call a friend before you leave and gift them your box.  It's a great way to thank the person watching your dog or watering the plants. 

Can I choose what's in my box?
Not at the off-farm pick-up locations. We pack a diverse range of fruits of vegetables (see our "CSA Info"). However, if you pick up your box at the farm, you can choose whatever you want from the farm stand.

If I've chosen a farm pick-up membership, and do not collect my $15 or $25 weekly share (depending on membership option), can the credit role into the next week?
No, our program is designed to encourage weekly consumption of our harvests.  If you cannot eat it all one week, throw a dinner party or offer some to friends, family or co-workers.

Are there other pick-up locations available?
Currently, four primary pick-up locations are available.  Additionally, we will deliver to your  home or office for a $5 fee.  See "Membership Options" on our "CSA Info" page and sign up on our "Apply Now" page.  After 1 person signs up for a new site, the $5/week delivery fee can be shared with friends or co-workers.
